I met Alicia in an unexpected way; she cold called me. I usually don't answer the home phone when I'm working, but I did that day. I liked the way she sounded on the phone and her telephone etiquette, which is why I asked her to mail her business card to me. After that, she was the selling agent for a house in our subdivision and asked them about Alicia. They were very happy with the way she handled their sale and that was good enough for me.
